Can I return Fammante clothing?

At Fammante we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order as long as the product has not been used and is in the same condition as when you received it.

If the product is in perfect condition, we will refund the amount you paid minus €4 for return costs.

A shipping label will be generated for you that you must stick on your package and take to the Post Office (to the office of your choice) within a period of up to 4 days from when you generated the label.

You don't have to pay anything at the Post Office, just drop off the package.
We will receive it within a few days and process the return.
We will check that everything is perfect and we will issue the refund, which can take up to 5 days to arrive from the time we issue it, depending on your bank.
